The focus is on enhancing the workplace based on research and the application of psychology principles. Culture and leadership transformation begins with personal awareness and responsibility; we cannot transform the culture of the company, organization or world unless we, as individuals, are willing to examine and transform our own behaviors.  As leadership development consultants, we specialize in partnering with organizations and leaders to create meaningful transformation.  Emphasis is intellectual stimulation, individualized considerations, inspirational motivation, and individualized influence.

Functional Approach

The functional approach focuses on the leaders' responsibility.  The primary responsibility of the leader is to assess what their followers need and ensure that those needs are met. A range of studies indicate that leaders must perform five primary functions: monitor the environment, organize subordinate activities, train and coach subordinates, motivate followers, and participate in the group's work. We consult with you, identify your needs and goals,  and facilitate the most appropriate process to maximize your ideal culture

Transformational Leadership

"Transformational leaders...are those who stimulate and inspire followers to both achieve extraordinary outcomes and, in the process, develop their own leadership capacity. Transformational leaders help followers grow and develop into leaders by responding to individual followers' needs by empowering them and by aligning the objectives and goals of the individual followers, the leader, the group, and the larger organization" (Bass & Raggio).
