Take Back your life.
My approach integrates numerous theories and interventions based on your ‘unique you’. I design a plan with you to achieve your individual or corporate goals. Our sessions will be collaborative, results-oriented, and centered on your personal or organizational needs. I provide a safe, non-judgmental and confidential therapy environment based on empathy and respect framed from a multicultural lens.
I am not a "bobble-head" therapist. I provide every individual or organization with solid tools and a focused plan in order to build lives that are rewarding and relationships to be proud of. I fuse ideas from different theories such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Psychodynamic (EMDR), Existentialism, Functional Theory, and Transformational Leadership Theory with life coaching to provide an approach that is compassionate while being results oriented.
